I live too far away from Pittsburgh, but it sounds like fun!

I started taking Zumba classes this past winter and I am having a great time. I have some back issues from the cancer and I am probably the most uncoordinated participant in the class (remember when they were teaching Baby to dance in the movie "Dirty Dancing"? That's me!). However, it gives me a chance to laugh (mostly at myself) at least 3 times a week and the added bonus is that I've lost 15 pounds since I started in February! If you are healthy enough to try Zumba, go for it! You do not have to be a dancer (eventually, you will get all the moves).
