Aspirin and cervical ancer

I know this is an old thread about Aspirin supression of Erb2 expression. The reason Im re-introducing it is a number of people responded saying they will remember to take their 81mg Aspirin tablet. I remember years back in some of my Pharmacy journals the protective effect of aspirin against colon cancer was mentioned. I beleve the journals stated that the minimum Aspirin dose for colon cancer prevention was one 325mg Aspirin tablet, the standard aspirin tablet. While I cant prove this it might be better to take the higher dosage (325mg) with your doctors approval. of course. This aspirin dosage will still give the protection against heart attack which is the purpose of the 81mg tablet.
