Home from the doctor

Well, I'm home after a grueling day at the doctors. A lot of time sitting around waiting for blood work, etc.

The procedure was not too bad. I was shocked when the doctor showed me 7 centimeters of fuild on the ultra-scan. I doubt that is considered a moderate pleural effusion. 850ml was drained from my right lung lining. That seems like an awful lot to me. A guess my left lung was doing a good job compensating for the right and so I had no SOB.

A little glimmer of hope - The doctor thought the liquid looked a clear straw color. If it is darker than that is more worrisome. We shall see.
