you said your embarrased of hemmorroids(sp?), don't you wish they were too embarrased to come out in the 1st place? After my 3rd child I got diagnosed with moderate roids, yuk. Warm Sitz baths with some epsom salt 3x daily. Also my naturalpath suggested using some natural vitamin E oil on them. The vitamin E helps soothe and heal. I hope you get permanent relief soon.
