Now that you mention it, when I was bald I did enjoy the feeling of taking a shower and having the water rain down on my head...I also appreciated the time saved by getting up in the morning, putting on the hat and bingo--ready to go! Now that my hair is back, however, I find that I'm a lot less concerned about how it looks on any particular day--I figure I'm lucky to have any hair at all, no matter if it's not doing what I want it to. No more bad hair days. (Bill, I know this is the wrong thread, but I wanted to mention how happy I am for you and Rita, you seem like a guy with so much love to give, I'm happy you found someone to share it with again. )

radiation, + year of Herceptin
on clinical trial. double mastectomy
followed by reconstruction
