Hi Ladies,
I have been cancer free now for 1 1/2 yrs. My last herceptin was a yr ago. Here's the thing...it seems like I have not regained my full strength, or mental capacity. I had to take a week last week from work because I was totally drained...I was more weak than fatigued. This has been happening for at least a yr. My onc and my primary dr keep telling me that I am still having chemo effects and that it takes some people longer to feel their pre-cancer self. I am so tired of hearing that..it makes me so angry! Has anyone else felt this way? I have had my blood check, a mri and everything says clear...
Thanks for listening...just needed to vent a little.

Thanks for listening...just needed to vent a little. __________________ Diagnosis bc june,2006. 3months of taxol and herceptin, nupregin shots weekly. Now herceptin only, her2 positive. stage III. Left breast, mastectomy with reconstrutive surgery. Herceptin until 10/06. Due to low echogram numbers had to stop Herceptin indefinetly.
