Sorry to hear the Taxol quit working. I'm on Cisplatin and Ixabepilone for the same reason, but Taxol did not last nearly as long for me. Perhaps this combo would work for you. Of course there are many other choices out there. Please let us know how you make out and what you and the doc decide. I'll be hopin' and praying for them to come up with just the right stuff for you.
