thanks maryann, sounds like a great regimen and of course you are an expert! probably not what you aspired to n your childhood, but an expert nonetheless. this is pretty consistent dietarily with what i've ben doing, but it is so helpful to get more of an 'explanation of what the various factors are impacting.by the way, I think the active components in artichoke and milk thistle are the same (silymarin) and for me artichoke tastes better than dandelion...especially with lots of garlic and some olive oil!As a suppement, I take 259mg 3x/day with food.
