You are probably aware of (many) sciatica treatment etc. available on the web although I realize your situation is probably more complex. Here is some discussion from Mayo Clinic:

When I was having some trouble in this area, I read about the following product...some people claimed it brought them relief. My discomfort got better, so I didn't order it but I would have, had the problem continued. It can be found here:

Also look around on the Her2 site in the search forum, as I recall a number of people who have sought relief for sciatica and I think remember someone mentioning the sacrowedgy.
