I had this pain last month, and it did turn out to be an ovarian cyst. They are actually pretty low...I intially thought it was my "moving" pain until it got pretty bad.
When will you get your US results? I am having the same pain again this week, on the same side. If it doesn't go away, I am going to ask for an US to make sure that cyst is gone, and hasn't gone awry.
