Chemo brain

I just wanted to share a funny story about a "chemo brain" moment I had when going through chemo. It came to me this morning while sitting at a stop sign where the "chemo" moment happened over 2 years ago. I thought my funny story would be uplifting and possibly ease the stress of treatment for many.

While going through chemo I was sitting at a 4 way stop. One block ahead there was a stoplight. I sat at the 4 way stop waiting for the light to turn green one block away. As I sat their cars starting lining up behind me. A few beeped and I'm like "what is your problem...........the light hasn't turned green yet." OH MY GOSH, how embarrassed I was to realize that I wasn't sitting at a stoplight but a stopsign. The stoplight was way ahead. Hahahahahaha!

Well, it does get better those of you beginning treatment and experiencing wierd things. I am now 2 years 5 months out and although I still do wierd things (just my nature I guess) I haven't done that again.

Stay happy - keep smiling - stay strong and know you are LOVED.
