Hello,

I was wondering if anyone was able to learn anything regarding the GSK Phase III trial combining Herceptin and Tykerb (http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/N...uzumab&rank=10)?

It was a larger study (270) and began in Nov 2005. Clinicaltrials.gov indicates that it is ongoing but not recruiting. Some GSK literature indicated that preliminary results would be available Quarter 3 of 2007.

I know that Nancy Lin at Dana Farber has a current Phase II study (NCT00470704) that started in May of 2007.

And there are a number of others that are new or not yet started that include Herceptin and/or Tykerb plus a Taxol or other agent.

Any insider information would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Amy
