This has been the worst part of Tykerb for me. I am only on Tykerb and this problem can really be a pain - especially when trying to find shoes that won't hurt! I use neosporin and a very well padded bandaid and that seems to help the pain, but the redness never goes away. Oh, well - things could be much worse!
