I think, as I believe you suggested, I will add olive oil at the end of cooking a dish, not to tamper too much w/its delicate flavor and benefits. And yes, none of us wants to be found w/PCPs in our blood, yet, depending on where you live, it is being reported to be so, more, or less, across the board. Humbly and eternally grateful for this life-saving drug! NED since '99 and planning on keeping it that way. To hell w/poor prognosis and nasty stats! STOPPED VIT H JULY '08...! REMAIN STABLE...
