Hi All, I spoke w/ our rep (Mr. Chang Sim) and this is how it works. I will put down a $500.00 deposit that will go toward my double room. I need to get a list of members that are going by Oct 1st. (90 days prior to trip - Rooms only guaranteed at our discounted rate until this date. There may still be rooms available w/ discounted rate after 10/1 if they are slow with bookings). Here is what I need from you.

If Double, who do you want to share room with?

I understand if you do not want to email me your Cedit card info. You can call me at: 414-421-6783. I have to leave for work each day at 11:30, but am home and available most mornings. You can also leave your info on our answering machine and I will email you back a response so you know I received it. Miraval will process your card for the first and last day of our trip.

Chang is going to email me the group contract today so I should have more info on how to arrange treatments, etc. Presently they are holding 5 double and 5 single rooms. Please respond w/ needed info asap in case we need to book more than the 10 rooms.

If you want to go, but need to share a room with someone else to help w/ costs, pls state so on this thread so we can try to make that happen. That's all for now folks!
