StillHere--- Your post really hit a nerve. You stopped walking because you got behind at work. There is a gym in the building where I work and if I walk around it 12 times I've done a mile. A coworker commented that I would be "sweaty." Yeah. Sweaty and alive. Please put your survival and health FIRST. Sorry I shouted, but I hate it when it seems we feel -- or our company makes up feel -- that we have to put work above all else, including our health.
