Hey Gerri,
Sorry you are facing this annoying problem. I've had similar and saw a neurologist who agreed with my self-diagnosis (love that! and he said he has it himself) that it seems to be benign fasciculation syndrome. There's a great website/support place about it called aboutbfs.com. It's nothing to worry about, but it can be really distracting--sometimes I can see rippling in my calves from it...
