I don't think my ono is aware of a connection, but I see him next week and will discuss it. I did have trouble sleeping, but am taking melatonin every night (5mg) and that seems to help.

I'm not on a trial, just had to quit herceptin because of LVEF being too low - 19%. Switched to Tykerb only and ejection fraction improved drastically. I'm hoping a month off of Tykerb will help...

If you are having trouble breathing, it is definitely time for a MUGA - ask for it ASAP. When I switched to Tykerb, my heart function was completely repaired.

I am still taking lisinopril and coreg - high doses. My doc doesn't want to reduce them because she is concerned about Tykerb having a similar effect, but so far LVEF is improving on Tykerb.
