Hey Steph,
I began Zometa about a year after DX and had it twice a year. I'll update my signature to add that info.
AFF's are certainly not the norm, but lucky me was the "small percentage"!

Hey Kim,
As long as you don't stay on any bisphosphonates or combination there of for more than five years, I think Zometa is a good choice.
