From what I have read now the Herceptin in Kadcyla is active as an anti-Her2neu medication. Kadcyla has the same FDA warnings for possible left ventricular damage as does Herceptin. Will call...

As far as I know Herceptin use has nothing to do with Xeloda. The closest thing would be the combination of Lapatinib 1250mg daily (Lapatanib= Tykerb) plus Xeloda 1000mg/m2 twice a day....

I dont think so. Not if you are Her 2 Neu positive. I dont see how it could be. Even if you were just ER positive an Aromatase inhibitor by itself probably wouldnt be enough unless you are...
