Also, the side effects of these drugs are not insignificant. Enduring the SE's for an ineffective tx is one of the worst aspects of this disease.

No worries, I don't speak anagram, either. :). "AI" stands for aromatase inhibitor, which is the class of drug Femara is. It acts to prevent the body from converting the hormone androgen...
