Metastudy of Lifestyle Interventions for Survivorship

Here is a nice metastudy I found that summarizes research on lifestyle interventions for breast cancer survivorship. Not a whole lot that is new here, but a nice summary nevertheless.

Re: CoQ10 and D-Ribose?

Thanks so much for this! I'm now on betablockers to support my heart so I'll wait to see if D-Ribose is necessary before I try again.

Many many thanks!

Hope you had a great vacation.

Re: CoQ10 and D-Ribose?

Thanks Tanya! Any sense of D-Ribose? Not an anti-oxidant but I don't want to be feeding the cancer cells while I'm supporting my heart.

Re: CoQ10 and D-Ribose?

Thanks for sharing! I found that D-Ribose really helped normalize heart function, but my very conservative onc advises against.

Best wishes,

This is my first day of non-fasting... haven't eaten anything solid yet, but will.

Re: Side effects from Herceptin only (after 6 TCH)?

Can I ask, why did you take glucasomine? Did your doc prescribe it? What was it designed to deal with?
