Hi Krissi,

When I was on Tykerb, I was also on weekly Taxol..and Herceptin once every three weeks. I only took Tykerb for one year, but I am still on Herceptin two years later.

My body seems to be adjusting to the Tykerb. It took about a week, although everything is much better now. Still taking it at night before bedtime.
