High pH water resolved the issue for me. 9.5 or higher pH. I drink at least a quart of it per day and it relieves both water retention and diarrhea.

A gel filled ergo mat helped me with doing dishes and cooking. But I feel it's better yet to eradicate dish washing :)

I have been stable on Herceptin and Perjeta alone for 4 years. I also use medical cannabis, so maybe that is helping but there is no way for me to be certain.

I used to have chronic diarrhea also...

I know exactly what you mean. Everyone's different but for me Xanax did not put a dent in steroid insomnia, but also I only took a .5 gram dosage.

The first night it happened the Xanax didn't...

I would check it at home, and then if I thought it was high make an appointment with my primary care doc because the nurse takes blood pressure manually. That's the only way that I really trust.

I get very slight flu like symptoms the day of infusion. Do you get premeds? I don't but I know my friend needs pre-treatment with Benadryl. Or maybe just taking a Benadryl when you get home might...

Here is the U.S. FDA Herceptin label, maybe there is one for your country too?
