Sorry that fatigue hit you broadside, but that is what happens to most of us in the situation with decadron.
Maybe you can give yourself some time over the long weekend to let your body come back...

One other thing to know about the post-decadron fatigue. Decadron is actually muscle wasting in its effect and I especially felt that in my thigh muscles (stairs were slow).
