Unhappy Tamoxifen help!

I have been on tamoxifen for a year and 4 months. My first side effects were hot flashes and I still have them. But the pain in my bones is unbearable at times. It seems like it is a daily ritual....

I just think it is strange that doctor ordered no chemotherapy could that been due to the tumor size and also node negative? There is so much to learn about this disease and if you are not up on it...
