That was a lot of steroids for her to be on, especially of she's only on 8 now. She probably needs to up the dose a little, then wean more slowly, like 2 mg every week-10 days. Talk to ur doc!!

OTher names for SRS are CyberKnife or GammaKnife. Try searching that.
www.brainmetsbc.org has good info about all that stuff too.

From what I've searched, the SRS is "quicker" than traditional...
