hey there - it says 'not for use on bottom lashes' in the packaging, i believe. not sure why. i suppose you could use it just long enough to jump start the lash growth. i too have been using Latisse...

yeah, i figure that a product may not work, so spending $17.99 is reasonable. if it doesn't work, so what? it's not like throwing $120 out the window. i don't know if any hair growth products work....

i used a lash conditioner since november and never lost all my lashes. i'd say i have about half my upper lashes and i hope that since it's been 2 mos since chemo no more will fall out (knock wood)....
