If you are in good health I would get a second opinion about chemo even with the low KI score -her 2 is aggressive and you are grade 2/3. For early stage some are recommending taxol only plus...

Leah you r young! I was 42 when diagnosed. 44 when my periods came back. They shut me down with Lupron. I just stopped. The SEs were terrible. Im going to see if im finally in meno but thinking long...

you are not crazy for wanting to keep your ovaries - ovarian function protects your heart and bones. It depends on your age, how close are you to natural menopause?
