No worries, I don't speak anagram, either. :). "AI" stands for aromatase inhibitor, which is the class of drug Femara is. It acts to prevent the body from converting the hormone androgen...

The problem is, the symptoms will only improve so long as the estrogens are used. If you stop the treatment once the symptoms have improved, the condition will regress.
