Apparently the ten machine is fine for cancer patients but it cannot be used anywhere around where the tumor bed is (or was)

Soy milk - yes as it has strong phytoestrogens but not nut milks. Absolutely not a problem with almond or cashew milk and you're not drinking gallons just some.

Well, leafy greens have alot of calcium. Perhaps a smoothie with unsweetened almond or cashew milk and berries or pineapple. The nut milk alone has calcium and practically no sugar if unsweetened....
