My HER2 +++ tumor was only discover after my double mastectomy; it was hiding in the "healthy" breast. I had to wait to start chemo/herceptin while I healed up...

Question -- were all the women in the study diagnosed at the same Stage? And I agree that getting no Herceptin at all seems highly...

I meant the almonds themselves ... good to know about the milk! Probably because its so processed, but it does have more calcium than cow's milk. And who knew about pistachios? Again,...

Just chiming in to say if your tumor is ER+ (as mine both were) I would ask about eating almonds or drinking almond milk... they are highly estrogenic. My oncologist told me to avoid them.
