I'm not sure how they work, but some sleeves come with a shoulder strap to help keep them from sliding down. I googled and found a couple from Juzo that have them.

I had a large tumor and my surgeon did a core biopsy and didn't use xray guidance. They did an ultrasound right before so I don't remember if her used that or not.

I didn't have herceptin but did have taxotere and had the same with my tongue and bloody nose. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything to get rid of the symptoms.
