I've only recently experienced discomfort and my tumours are very big at present. I think though sometimes you can get discomfort when the tumours are responding i.e. shrinking.

Haven't had the surgery but do have similar breathing issue from an enlarged liver pressing on my diaphragm. I can't imagine that there wouldn't be some swelling from the surgery causing pressure on...
