My wife experienced the same thing, however the doctor prescribed an ace inhibitor carvedilol and she was back on herceptin. Hope it helps.

With continuous treatments, my wife experiences the same symptoms. She needs her afternoon nap otherwise by evening she feels dog tired.

So my wife was randomized into the Xeloda+Herceptin arm. We were so hoping to get MGAH22. The doctor said, give it 6-9 weeks and see how it helps. If not then go the next one. 9 weeks wait it is.
