All,
This will probably be my last post here. I wish to thank all of you for the excellent information and support I received here.
After surviving 7 years, Mom finally passed away on 4th May....

3 weeks process
I got my 30 day supply delivered yesterday after 3 weeks of co-ordinating with a doctor and a pharmacy... I paid for my supply.
Fairly hassle free... starting soon... need to undertake excision...
