Carol Ann, by the time you get to 10 years out there will more data available looking at the use of AI for 10+ years. I was very fortunate that AI were just being used here...

Ginagce, I do try to avoid palm oil as much as possible for the reasons you gave but find it hard to avoid completely as it is in so many organic products...
