I am two years out and just now sorting out when to see who, when. It was surgeon every 6 months, onc every 6 months, radiologist every 6 months...The not so fun part was that everyone's six months...

Livestrong.com has a good tracking tool called Myplate. It helps you track foods you eat and will calculate calories, protein and carb measurements and ratios.

I've have the soreness in the hips also...and lock up when being immobile (sitting, sleeping) until those first few steps. It IS hard to know if its herceptin, recurrence or age.
