All the samples are from atheletes who row the dragon boat regularly. I have to say the study is a little bit biased because these ladies either have had better drainage to begin with - thus able to enter the competition, or have strengthened their arms by practicing thr boat rowing - thus better then average breast cancer survivors to avoid lymphedema during air travel.
