Another miracle
 

My father went in for surgery Friday for kidney cancer. Every test, scan, tumors in bladder, all indicated same.

Much to the surgeon's surprise, what he found was an area of "blisters" filled with milky substance that he will biopsy, but he said "it doesn't look like cancer." The other kidney "tumor" turned out to be a pinched area that became hard when filled with fluid, appearing as a tumor on the CT. Most likely from atrophy.

Got my fingers crossed that the "fluid" is nothing serious. But "it doesn't look like cancer" sounds pretty good to me!!

Sassy, That is just wonderful news. Music to the ears as they say. I will be keeping good thoughts and prayers that he is back on his feet and home where he belongs. :)

What great news to read first thing this morning! Hope he is recovering well and you don't have to wait long to hear confirmation of the surgeon's opinion. Whew!
