More positive curcumin evidence
I know I often sound like the pied piper of curcumin and it's benefits, but the more I read just confirms to me what I have believed for a long time. You decide.

I am also a curcumin fan. There has been some recent research on the board about it being combined with I think taxotere. This article is particularly interesting due to it's links with stem cells. Ellie |

I've been taking turmeric (curcumin) supplements for a while now and also putting turmeric on my oatmeal and veggies whenever I want to add more. Colorful and easy addition to our diets.
