Dosing Changes on Tykerb?
 

How do I find out if they are looking at changing the dosing recommendations for Tykerb or how can I find the clinical studies on that concept? I know Tykerb/Xeloda was studied in the original trial but what about when you use Tykerb/Herceptin (me)?

I've been on Tykerb for almost 2 years and every once in a blue moon (and I mean blue) I take 3 instead of 5 and I feel about a billion times better.

How can I find out if a divided dose - ie: 3 first thing in AM 2 last thing in PM would be as effective? Or if they are studying Tykerb/herceptin dose specific?
