Good article, and great that guidlines are being issued for cancer care. But, when I followed the link in the article to review the breast cancer guidelines, HER2+ bc/care guidelines are not outlined! Hormone+ yes, hormone-, yes, but not HER2+. Very discouraging and frightening I must say, for a newly diagnosed patient looking for guidance.

Hopeful, Thanks for posting that article. Very INTERESTING and so very true. I'm happy to see they have looked into all this and the differences of where you go for cancer trt, etc.
