One of the regional sales directors had "exhorted sales representatives who call on cancer doctors to view those doctors' offices as a 'bucket of money.'" Seems this was prompted by the fact that the reps had been too slow to promote Arimidex in direct comparison to Femara.

While we all have concerned doctors and do our best to fight the good fight, it is wise to remember that not everyone thinks of treating cancer patients as a noble cause. Make no mistake about it, this is an industry.

Hopeful
