My Pathology Report
Last week I had a simple mastecomy done on my left side, since I had very high increases of micro calcifications in the past 10 months since my original Dx of Breast Cancer on my right side last March. Rather than always be worried when Mammo time came around I had the surgery.
I went and had my darn drain tube pulled this afternoon, what a wave of relief when it came out and I got a few of the staples removed, have to wait until next week to have the rest removed. Pathology Report was in and was all B9. I was so HAPPY TO HEAR THAT, and I know I have done the right thing. Now just to get thru until the end of August when my weekly infusions of Herceptin will be done. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE MANY PRAYERS AND ENCOURAGING WORDS they have meant so much to me. Vicki |
Wonderful news Vicki. Thank you for letting us all know that the surgery went well and the pathology was the best it could be.
