PS: I tried Knox before finding the gelatin caps (which weren't in my health food store, strangely enough, only online). Lof yucky stuff to drink, whereas you can get more of the gelatin by taking the caps (and much nicer to swallow). I just put a little dish of them on my desktop and take them throughout the day.
