Thanks for the great information. I'm a sugar-holic. I can't stay away from it and the more I hear about sugar & cancer, the more I have to rethink my own patient advocacy. Thanks for the kick in the butt... I must try harder!

Are there good sugars... strawberries, blueberries, apricots, brown sugar, honey? What else would you recommend I subsitute to get off this sugar high? I can't stop sugar cold turkey.. won't happen... but If I can start in the right direction with baby steps, it would be better than doing nothing.
