During my chemo and until scans look REALLY good, I took one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, before meals - 200 mg per capsule.
They say you can take up to 2 three X day, but I tend to take less of anything as I am not a large person and am sensitive to meds in general.
Now I take it sporadically.

I also gave up CAFFEINE, which was not hard for me. Don't miss it and when I do have a small amount (say in green tea) I FEEL it! Also, one more way to cut on added sugar in my diet.
