Celestial seasonings Sleepytime Extra tea helps(Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) (flowers) 600mg * Tilia estella (Ternstroemia pringlei) (flowers) 160mg * Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (root) 25mg *), so do hot baths and no stimulants in the evenings. Also keeping your bedroom as dark as possible boosts melatonin production. Occasionally I have a bad night when none of this works. A local herbalist gave me some Valerian root. So I'll give that a try the next time I have problems falling asleep. I have a bottle of Ambien here that is collecting dust because it kept me up all night! Regards, Carol
