The HER2 Support Group has partnered with Anabus, a leading medical survey organization in order to gather information which will benefit HER2 +++ survivors.

The purpose of this survey is to determine the most efficent method of disseminating information about HER2, tests, treatments and latest drug info.
This is a 2 phase survey, In phase I you are asked a short series of questions which will qualify you to take the main survey. The main survey takes about 20-30 minutes and upon completion you will receive either a $30.00 gift certificate for Amaon.com or a $30.00 donation to a breast cancer organization in your name.
